VIGO is recruiting on behalf of a forward-looking BMS business known for its consistent commitment to innovation and outstanding customer satisfaction. They are keen to welcome a talented Key Account Manager to their northern region team.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts within their customer portfolio. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will address enquiries, needs, and concerns promptly, while also leading and driving new initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Managing key accounts within the customer portfolio
Acting as a primary point of contact and addressing enquiries, needs, and concerns promptly
Delivering exceptional service all round, with customer satisfaction a top priority
Hitting sales targets and pre-defined objectives
Forecasting order input amounts and timings
Fully estimating projects and producing technical proposals
Developing new business with consultants, contractors, and end users
Leading and driving new initiatives
Developing and maintaining long-term business relationships with new and existing customers
Conducting regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth
Assisting in the planning of and taking part in marketing, promotion, and customer entertainment activities
Acting as a liaison between the client and the internal teams
The Ideal Candidate
Experience in the BMS industry
Experience in a similar role with a great track record
Relevant qualifications (e.g. electrical/mechanical)
Ability to connect with people and build relationships
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently without supervision
Determination to deliver an outstanding level of customer satisfaction
A flexible and self-motivated approach to work
Passion for technology and innovation
A full driving license
