Role Overview
The business seeks a competent and experienced BMS Design Engineer to contribute to their expanding portfolio of projects. Your role will primarily revolve around producing and implementing BMS design plans to support the engineering and installation teams. You'll be based in their Essex office.
Key Responsibilities
Designing and preparing BMS systems according to specifications
Supporting and advising the installation and engineering teams on project requirements
Reviewing and maintaining BMS designs to meet project and client needs
Contributing to the production of operation and maintenance documentation
Taking ownership of the full BMS design process, from initial concept and system architecture through to final project delivery
The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in BMS Design Engineering
Excellent knowledge of building infrastructure systems
Ability to produce high-quality design schemes and technical reports
Interest in smart building integration and supporting the development of the company’s Master Systems Integration (MSI) capabilities
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
