Role Overview
As the Static BMS Service Engineer, your primary aim is to be an absolute guru in all technical matters at your home base site. From repair work to system updates and enhancements, you will take the wheel of on-site servicing, discover opportunities and play a fundamental role in driving energy efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-rate service and technical support at your assigned location
Resolve issues and boost system performance for Trend and Trend 963 systems
Foster excellent relationships with clients and exceed contracted service expectations
Generate comprehensive service reports and suggestions for improvement
Work collaboratively with management and staff to develop on-site quotes
Investigate system upgrade, enhancement, and energy-saving opportunities
Engage in ongoing training to continually improve your skills
The Ideal Candidate
A minimum of 3 years' experience in BMS engineering, specifically with Trend / 963
Comfortable operating independently in a static service environment
Excellent customer service ethos with a proactive and professional approach
Technical expertise in BMS system integrations and problem-solving
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Eager to learn and self-motivated
Full UK driving license
