Role Overview
As the BMS Service Team Lead, you'll be the key individual responsible for managing and leading a team of 3 engineers to ensure project deliverables are achieved while maintaining high service standards. The role is hands-on, and you'll have the opportunity to influence service practices and improve processes. This role is ideally suited for leaders who enjoy tackling challenges head-on and leading from the front.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure projects are delivered on time and to the client's satisfaction
Manage and lead a team of engineers
Provide hands-on support and guidance to your team
Work collaboratively with clients and build strong customer relationships
Maintain high service standards and improve processes when possible
Identify opportunities for further business engagements and value-add services
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in a BMS service lead role (or looking to move into it)
Strong leadership skills and team management experience
Technical expertise with Schneider and Tridium systems
Experience working on large scale, complex projects
Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive mindset
Ability to build excellent relationship with clients
