Role Overview
This principal engineering role focuses on providing superior support, energy engineering, and commissioning for Trend IQVision Systems. A field service role at its core, you'll have a keen focus on customer satisfaction and be adept at identifying potential improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Delivering top-notch, client-centric services
Owning and managing your customer portfolio
Spotting and solving operational problems alongside clients
Proposing improvements, energy savings, upgrades, or repair solutions
Identifying energy and enhancement projects and opportunities
Contributing to the team call out rota and providing peer support
Learning and staying updated in the BEMS field, leveraging training opportunities
The Ideal Candidate
Has primary expertise in Trend, Tridium or EcoStruxure, and knowledge of other legacy systems
Has previous experience in a customer-facing role in a field service environment
Can work autonomously without constant direction
Holds a full UK driving license
