This role is suited to someone who thrives on managing key client relationships while driving new business growth within the BMS and BEMS space.

In this position, you will act as a trusted partner to clients, combining commercial insight with technical understanding to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support continued business expansion.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of key accounts while actively developing new business opportunities across the region. You will use your industry knowledge to forecast sales, produce accurate estimates and proposals, and act as a vital link between customers and internal delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of key client accounts
Respond to client enquiries, needs, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Deliver against agreed sales targets and growth objectives
Identify and develop new business opportunities across consultants, contractors, and end users
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships within the regional market
Lead and execute new commercial initiatives
Produce cost-effective project estimates and accurate technical proposals
Act as a liaison between clients and internal technical and delivery teams

The Ideal Candidate

Proven experience within the BMS or BEMS sector
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
Confident relationship builder with a customer-focused approach
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Genuine interest in technology and innovation
Holds a full UK driving licence
