If you have expertise in BMS systems, particularly Tridium, Distech and Delta, with a commitment to offering top-notch customer service, this could be your next career leap. You will play a crucial role in managing a local client portfolio, deliver excellent service and help clients enhance their energy efficiency through smart building controls.

Role Overview As a BMS Service Engineer, you will become a technical authority for various customer bases. Your main tasks will range from identifying faults to upgrading systems and spearheading the implementation of proactive improvements. In essence, you will control field service procedures, spot opportunities and significantly enhance energy efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Take ownership and offer exemplary service and technical assistance to your client portfolio   Troubleshoot and boost system performance for Tridium, Distech, Delta, and other systems   Maintain excellent client relationships and exceed service levels as per contract   Deliver high-quality service reports and pinpoint areas that need improvement   Cooperate with account managers and administrative teams to create field-based estimates   Spot opportunities for upgrades, improvements, and energy-saving across different sites   Take part in the out-of-hours callout rota and assist your larger team   Persistently improve your skills via training courses recognised by manufacturers and BCIA  

The Ideal Candidate Minimum of 3 years of proven BEMS engineering experience, preferably with Tridium, Distech, or Delta   Able to work independently in a field-based service environment   Excellent customer service aptitude with a proactive and professional demeanour   Technically adept in system integrations and fault-finding of BMS   Outstanding written and oral communication skills   Self-driven, flexible, and eager to learn   Full UK driving licence
