Role Overview
As our Project Sales Manager, you'll be at the heart of our mission to strengthen our position in the Northwest Region. We require a confident communicator with a solid track record in electrical or mechanical engineering to focus on customer retention and growth. This role will be instrumental in promoting the brand and understanding various sales propositions. Full responsibility for order and growth targets will be a key element of this role.
Key Responsibilities
Secure BMS projects, upgrades, and energy work
Promote and sell the brand
Develop relationships with end users, consultants, and contractors
Submit accurate and detailed quotations
Provide monthly sales activity reports and order forecasts
Ensure constant business improvement
Maintain regular contact with clients
Work collaboratively with sales and service teams
Bring new and innovative ideas for business growth
The Ideal Candidate
Minimum of three years’ experience in the BMS Industry
Sound product knowledge in estimating, bid management, and Building Management Systems
Good understanding of the Northwest Region
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication & organisational skills
Commercial awareness
Customer Service Skills
Competence in Excel, Word & Outlook, and in-house Management database & Financial systems
