At VIGO, we're currently supporting a leading Energy Optimization firm who are looking to expand their team with a technically skilled BMS Delta Engineer. If you're a confident BMS professional, passionate about servicing, project work, and helping clients achieve energy efficiency, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you will manage a local portfolio, contribute technical expertise to both service and project work, and assist clients in achieving optimal energy output through intelligent building management systems.

Role Overview

As a BMS Delta Engineer, you will be key in providing top-tier technical support to a portfolio of clients. You will respond to faults, make system upgrades, identify areas for improvement, and play a central role in improving energy efficiency over the long term.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide unmatched service and technical assistance to your assigned clients
  • Manage issues and optimise system performance for Delta and related BMS products
  • Assume responsibility for client relationships and surpass contracted service expectations
  • Generate thorough service reports and suggest areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with account and administrative teams to prepare field-based quotations
  • Recognise and propose system upgrade and energy-saving opportunities
  • Participate in an out-of-hours call rotation to support your broader team
  • Continuously advance your skills through manufacturer and BCIA training courses

The Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years of BMS engineering experience, preferably with Delta
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based service environment
  • Exemplary customer service skills with a proactive and professional attitude
  • Highly competent in BMS system integrations and fault resolution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Must have a full UK driving license
