Role Overview
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and expanding the BMS services offering to a portfolio of existing and new customers in the region. Fuelled by your driven and proactive approach, you'll seize the opportunity to foster relationships, develop strategic partnerships, and boost sales success for the business.
Key Responsibilities
Strengthen relationships with existing clients through excellent customer service and product knowledge
Identify and target potential new customers, showcasing the benefits and value of innovative smart building solutions
Secure sales and achieve set targets, driving overall growth
Collaborate closely with engineering and technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the sector
The Ideal Candidate
Proven track record in a similar BMS/ BEMS Account Management role
Sound understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Management Solutions
Superior customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Self-motivated with a keen eye for spotting new business opportunities
