We are Seeking experienced Service/Commissioning Engineers possessing expertise in BEMS systems including Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Delta, Priva, Cylon, ALC, Distech & Schneider. We have multiple roles available for the right candidates, keen to play a crucial role in planned preventative maintenance, commissioning of small works, and reactive call-outs.
Role Overview
You'll ensure delivery of quality control and maintenance actions, either independently or as part of the team. Your ability to supervise junior engineers will make you an asset, fostering safety and effectiveness. As a member of the service/commissioning team, you’ll share technical knowledge and provide cross-support.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventive maintenance and commissioning of small works
Attend callouts and breakdowns according to company SLA's
Provide daily updates to line manager
Build and maintain strong client relations
Manage subcontractors on a daily basis
Adhere to health and safety interests

Works effectively in a team and on your own
Has commercial awareness and technical knowledge
Exhibits excellent communication and organisational skills
Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail
Possesses excellent time management abilities
Is self-motivated, responsible, and accountable
Skilled in Excel, Word, Outlook, and in-house Service Management database
In-depth knowledge of at least one of the following systems: Trend, Tridium, Schneider, Siemens, ALC
