At VIGO, we’re recruiting on behalf of a major smart buildings organisation in London who are looking to appoint a Regional BMS Manager. This is a senior leadership role suited to someone who thrives on building high-performing teams, understands BMS control systems inside out, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer outcomes.
In this role, you will take full ownership of a regional business unit, driving operational excellence, commercial performance, and long-term growth.
Role Overview
As Regional BMS Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing your teams while delivering against ambitious commercial and operational objectives. You will hold accountability for revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction, ensuring the region operates efficiently and consistently exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and inspire regional teams to deliver high performance
Deliver revenue and EBITDA targets in line with business objectives
Take ownership of health and safety compliance, including the implementation of new policies
Meet and exceed monthly and annual KPIs while forecasting future operational requirements
Develop and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
Manage regional budgets, optimising costs and resource allocation
Ensure consistently high standards of customer service and resolve escalation issues effectively
Monitor and manage P&L, driving profitability across the region
Provide clear communication, leadership, coaching, and development to your teams
Manage business exposure to debt and ensure effective credit control
The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience working with BMS control systems, ideally in a management capacity
Strong people leadership skills with a track record of building and managing successful teams
Solid understanding of operational cost control, sales delivery, and forecasting
Customer-focused mindset with experience managing and resolving escalations
Experience managing suppliers including subcontractors and product manufacturers
Proactive, commercially minded, and confident communicator
Driven to improve business performance through continuous improvement of systems and processes
