Senior BMS Service Engineer
VIGO Recruitment is partnering with a leading BMS company to recruit a skilled and experienced Senior Service Engineer into their established team. Your Role
As a Senior BMS Service Engineer, you will take on a pivotal role in maintaining and optimising BMS systems while mentoring junior engineers and supporting the team in complex service tasks. Responsibilities include:
Leading proactive maintenance and diagnostic checks on building control systems to meet SLA requirements.
Executing complex repairs and implementing effective corrective actions.
Conducting detailed inspections of BMS equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Rapidly addressing customer service requests and system faults.
Creating detailed records of all service operations, including maintenance, repairs, and client communications.
Providing technical support and guidance to team members as needed.
The Ideal Candidate
Significant experience in the building controls sector, particularly with Tridium or Trend systems.
Expert diagnostic skills with the ability to systematically address and resolve technical issues.
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
A collaborative team player who is equally comfortable working independently.
A valid UK driving licence.
