
Regional Manager
Location: Durham, UK
Salary: £80K to £85K + Benefits + Annual Bonus
The Opportunity:
We’re looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead and grow an established service and project delivery team in Durham. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to take full ownership of a thriving business unit, driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
With support from an experienced engineering team and office-based operations staff, you’ll have the autonomy to shape the region’s success. If you have ambition, confidence, and a results-driven mindset, this role offers the freedom to develop, collaborate, and unlock new opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and success.
Managing revenue and EBITDA budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
Overseeing health and safety responsibilities, including adherence to electrical policies.
Identifying and developing new business opportunities to drive growth.
Providing accurate revenue forecasting and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
Ensuring service delivery meets customer expectations and contractual obligations.
Driving operational efficiencies and implementing business improvement initiatives.
Managing customer escalations and ensuring successful resolutions.
Monitoring financial performance, managing invoices, and reducing debt exposure.
Conducting annual appraisals and ongoing performance reviews for the team.
Supporting and enhancing the sales effort, particularly in securing recurring revenue.
Communicating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven leadership experience in a service and project delivery environment.
Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget management and forecasting.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
A track record of successfully managing teams and driving performance improvements.
Experience in BMS control systems and a strong understanding of customer service best practices.
Ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers, and key client relationships.
Proactive approach to identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities.
A strong commitment to health and safety and adherence to industry regulations.
