
BMS Technical Account Manager
We're looking for a self-motivated, results-driven BMS Technical Account Manager to join a growing team. The Office is based in the North West and will involve travel across the UK, offering an exciting opportunity to expand the companies reach and drive growth.
About the Role:
You'll play a key role within the Sales team, looking after 2 estimators and more sales staff as this division grows.
Generate new sales leads and identify business opportunities.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to build relationships and close deals.
Present the Analytics platform to potential clients, securing virtual and in-person appointments.
Understand client requirements to tailor solutions that meet their needs.
Manage your own sales pipeline with the support of the team.
Work towards agreed KPIs, driving company growth.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities.
Attend client meetings (face-to-face or online), representing the company professionally.
Provide outstanding customer service and support.
Participate in external events, including conferences, trade shows, and sales meetings.

Experience managing a sales pipeline and meeting sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot (desired).
Strong problem-solving skills, identifying customer pain points to present relevant solutions.
Skills & Qualifications:
Genuine interest in technology and data-driven solutions.
Experience within the BMS and BEMS sector
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation and analytical writing skills.
High level of IT literacy, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools.
Exceptional planning, prioritising, and organisational abilities.
Self-motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
