BMS Service Engineer

Your Mission
As a result of their ongoing expansion, they seek to augment their accomplished Managed Service division by recruiting a BMS service engineer. The ideal candidate should possess prior experience in conducting BMS service and maintenance tasks in commercial buildings. Additionally, independence in work and a solid understanding of HVAC systems and related equipment are prerequisites.

The Ideal Candidate
Applicants for this role should demonstrate proficiency in Trend systems and preferably have experience with another manufacturer such as Tridium or Siemens.

Prior experience in the building controls sector using Tridium or Trend.

Good understanding of HVAC systems

Can systematically diagnose and address technical issues.

An excellent communicator, capable of effectively conveying technical information to non -technical stakeholders.

A team player, but can work independently with ease.

Possession of a valid UK driving license.
