BMS Sales Manager

Are you a dynamic sales professional with experience in Building Management Systems (BMS)? Our client are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and expand the client base in the Midlands. This role offers the chance to work with a leading BMS solutions provider, managing key accounts, identifying new market opportunities, and delivering strong revenue growth.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing and developing a portfolio of 500+ accounts in the Midlands region.

• Identifying new routes to market and securing new business opportunities.

• Driving sales across key channels, including FM companies, management agents, and end-user businesses.

• Creating and executing a targeted sales strategy to grow recurring and capital revenue.

• Working closely with technical teams to develop client solutions and ensure top-tier service delivery.

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

• Reporting on market trends, competitor activity, and business performance.

• Promoting the company’s brand and delivering outstanding customer service.

• Leading bid processes and ensuring commercial governance is maintained.

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a target-driven sales environment, ideally within BMS, energy, or smart building technology.

• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Commercial awareness and ability to develop value-driven client solutions.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Experience in account management and business development.

• Ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.

• Knowledge of BMS, energy solutions, and building automation is highly desirable.
