BMS Sales Director - London

 

VIGO have partnered with one of the countries Leading BMS Service providers to onboard an experienced Sales Director. 

The Sales Director will lead all BEMS controls sales and business development activities across the UK and Europe, focusing on both project and service operations for a leading BMS service provider. Reporting to the Managing Director, the role involves close collaboration with the board to enhance project delivery and maintenance performance continually.

Your Mission

• Financial Leadership: Full responsibility for P&L across BeMS controls sales in the UK and Europe, managing an annual revenue of approximately £17 Million to £20 Million

• Team Management: Directly manage a team including 2 Project Sales Managers, 1 Service Sales Manager, 3 service sales professionals, and a 3-person estimating team. Oversee recruitment, performance reviews, and professional development.

• Contract Oversight: Handle all sales contracts, ensuring a thorough understanding of obligations, risk management, and serving as the main escalation point for clients and suppliers.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the company at senior-level site meetings and customer events as required.

• Sales Process Optimization: Ensure efficient operation of sales procedures, with all qualifying proposals reviewed by company and Albireo Energy leadership teams.

• Performance Tracking: Utilize tools such as Microsoft AX, Power BI, and internal systems to monitor sales pipelines, financial performance, forecasting, and project progression.

This is a critical leadership role, driving sales growth while ensuring operational excellence and maintaining the highest standards of client and team satisfaction.
