Your Mission

As a Bureau Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing second-line support to the customer base. You’ll work with a range of Building Management Systems (BMS) and data analytics tools to troubleshoot, analyse, and enhance building performance. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise who thrives on problem-solving and delivering real value to clients.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Second-line support – Triaging, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues efficiently.

• BMS expertise – Working with systems including Trend, Niagara, Tridium, and IQ Vision to monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot.

• Data analysis – Utilizing SkySpark and other analytics tools to provide actionable insights.

• Continuous improvement – Supporting client rollouts and helping refine processes for better performance.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience as a Bureau Analyst or in a similar support role.

• Strong technical knowledge of BMS platforms (Trend, Niagara, Tridium).

• Proficiency in data analytics, ideally with experience in SkySpark.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
